Richard L. Fisher, M.S., CPA, CIA, CMA, PFS
Dick Fisher is the CEO of Red Hills Fishery, leveraging his extensive corporate finance experience gained during his 20-year tenure as President and CEO of Dunavant Capital Management. With a background in accounting from The University of Virginia, he leads all strategic, financial, legal, and professional aspects of the company. Dick's lifelong connection to fishing and waterfowling landscapes, along with his dedication to Red Hills, has shaped his successful career, and he currently resides in Memphis, TN with his wife.
Director of Sales and Business Development
Steven R. Wisdom, B.A.
Steven Wisdom is the Director of Sales and Business Development at Red Hills, a seasoned entrepreneur, and a graduate of Samford University with a degree in Communication Studies. With a passion for hunting, fishing, and a successful track record in founding private start-up companies, including GRIP Feed Company, Steven brings a wealth of expertise to the outdoor and wildlife industry. He resides in Birmingham, AL, with his wife and children, continuing to pursue his lifelong interests in outdoor sports and business development.

Director of Biology and Infrastructure
Joshua C. Sakmar, B.A., B.S., M.S.
Josh Sakmar, holding undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, is currently the Director of Biology and Infrastructure at Red Hills. With 14 years of prior experience at the Florida Bass Conservation Center and recognition from prominent organizations in the field, Josh is a dedicated biologist and member of the American Fisheries Society, residing in Tallahassee, FL with his family.

Hatchery Manager
Allen G. Nicholls, B.S.
Allen Nicholls is a dedicated professional in the field of aquaculture, bringing years of experience and expertise to his role as Hatchery Manager at Red Hills Fishery. With a background in Fisheries Science from Auburn University and a track record of working in various roles within the fisheries industry, including commercial tilapia production and hatchery management, Allen is committed to advancing sustainable aquaculture practices. He is a certified Associate Fisheries Professional by the American Fisheries Society and resides in Boston, GA, with his loving wife and children.
